Sažetak
Embedded within our field are hidden assumptions. A great deal of what we consider the foundations of IRM are in fact based in the culture of capitalism. This paper provides anecdotal evidence to this assertion, based on the authors personal experience as a consultant in a land in transition from communism to capitalism.
