Sažetak
In this paper has been carried out analysis of effectiveness subsystem of the thermo-electric power plant with 320 MW power for the purpose of indentification its position in lifetime, degree of availability and reliability and also the resultant of effectiveness degree. The base performed analysis consist of the registered states of thermo-electric power plant as integral system and its mechanical subsystem during 15 succesive in permanent function, the analysed technical system has occured still in first part of lifetime in which has been eliminated the defects of construction and degree of availability of system in that period was relatively low why technical system can not function as basic system in energy system of state.
