Sažetak
The quality of a software product is determined by the quality of process used to develop it. The quality requirements for each system are unique, influenced by application dependent characteristics. Typical metrics are relevant to a specific application as it have different quality profiles. Quality attributes important to the success of software should be specified as soon as possible in measurable form. That way we can objectively assess whether the product meets the quality requirements, and improve it using related software processes. This paper concerns on what specific quality attributes are of interest to the user and how we can measure the extent to which these attributes are present in our products. Focus is on few key attributes according to the ISO standard and McCall's model. In particular we identify reliability, usability and maintainability as of special interest. Except for reliability, there are no universally agreed measures for this attributes. It is essential to quantify quality attributes that contribute to the overall quality, for instances, analytical techniques and formal methods, and new quality attribute definitions and measurements on data sets for variety environment. The aim of this survey is to provide a better understanding of software development in order to deliver quality systems.
