Sažetak
Background and purpose: This work explains the link between Quantum Mind, verbal understanding, and evoked potentials, N400, triggered by verbal stimuli. Materials and Methods: Brain breaks the story into the elements and segments, on the levels of assotiations, chunks and features. These elements are scattered and directed towards the specific brain domains. Experiments and models are presented. Results: The prefrontal cortex chaos supports the generation and the understanding of natural language, includung the semantic priming. Evoked potentials, and in particular N400 amplitude, reflect the extent to which a word is semantically primed, ruther than its being a specific response to contex violations. Evoked potentials have been used to identify the automatic and attentional components and the timing in verbal processing. The components are supported by nested chaos. Conclusion: Verbal understanding emerges from the prefrontal cortex nested, chaotic, travelling wave processes, regulated by the Quantum Mind barrier and by BRAMA protocol. The chaos oscillates back and forth between the cortical columns, thalamus and basal ganglia. Gradually, from the recursive, nested, self-referential chaos, emerges the understanding, awareness and consciousness. Applications: New principles and clinical methods dealing with the structure and functionsof human prefrontal cortex. The same principles could be used to build the Quantum Mind networks. Network features include selective attention, awareness, self-organization and adaptation to the dynamics of environment. Truth detector.
