Sažetak
A four month old infant was transferred to Department of pediatrics beacuse of Klebisella meningitis complicated with epidural empyema and inflamatory destruction of almost all epicranium and cranium of the convexity. The skin and skull bone defect were after antimicrobila therapy surgicaly reconstructed, and infant surviveved but with severe neurological morbidity.
