Sažetak
Management, monitoring, and maintenance of a building are the main tasks of facility management (FM). FM should be imperceptible, but it needs to ensure functionality of people, processes and technology. Good facility management should provide an excellent working environment, increase profitability and productivity. This paper describes an information system as a support for FM strategy for the shopping mall « City Center One» in Zagreb.Information systems comprise many subsystems and are determined by organization's structure and activities. Proposed framework should increase the efficiency of the organization and improve current FM strategy of the shopping mall in question.
