Sažetak
Modern design of the induction hardening process requires computer aided inductor optimisation, process modelling, carrying out of the hardening process according to the record of reference parameters and diagnostics of the working cell status. The customer is expected to clearly define the requirements and to correctly form the items for heat treatment. The paper shows modern ways of solving the induction hardening requirements, with the presentation of development trends in equipment of the induction working cell.
