Sažetak
The focus of this work is on the development of integral methodology of planning manufacturing and distribution allocations and transport costs in global international supply chains. The problem is set in the following way: the analysis includes the network of potential sources of raw material, potential manufacturing centres and distribution centres with possible multiple configurations as well as consumers with certain requirements and transportation costs with the aim to increase the profit of the company or some other society at whose request this research is being undertaken. The profit, after taxes have been paid, is the difference between the sales income an the total costs. The total costas are defined as sum of purchase, manufacturing, transportation, stock expenses and expenditures of technical equipment. The basic mathematical model is given for multistage transportation problem.
