Sažetak
During two-year studies on two different soil types (Mollic Gleysols, Calcaric Fluvisols) in 4 repetitions and 7 different variants, as follows: 1. untreated seed ; 2. Dithane S ? 60 fungicide treated seed (60% Mankozeb, 800 g/100 kg seed) ; 3. seed inoculated with P. fluorescens No 8567 (1.2 x 10E10 bacteria/ha) ; 4. seed inoculated with P. fluorescens No 8569 (1.2 x 10E10 bacteria/ha) ; 5. seed inoculated with P. fluorescens No 8567 (0.6 x 10E10 bacteria/ha) + P. fluorescens No 8569 (0.6 x 10E10 bacteria/ha) ; 6. seed inoculated with B. megaterium No 2894 (1.2 x 10E10 bacteria/ha) ; 7. seed inoculated with B. megaterium No 2894 (0.6 x 10E10 bacteria/ha) + P. fluorescens No 8567 (0.3 x 10E10 bacteria/ha) + P. fluorescens No 8569 (0.3 x 10E10 bacteria/ha) we investigated influence of different seed treatments to infection with pathogenic fungi Rhizoctonia solani, Pythium ultimum and Pythium debarianum, as well as, elements of sugar beet yield (root yield, sugar content, sugar yield, sugar in molasses). The best results in all parameters were obtained with the variant 7 by treating seeds with benefit bacteria Pseudomonas fluorescens and Bacillus megaterium. Moreover, highly positive synergism was determined between these bacteria. P. fluorescens No. 8567 showed higher antagonism against pathogenic fungi P. ultimum and P. debarianum, while P. fluorescens No. 8569 showed higher antagonism against pathogenic fungi R. solani.
