On samples of the phrenic costal and lumbal parts
of horse, cattle, lambs and pigs, embeded in paraffin
and cut into 10 micrometers thick slices, stained with
hematoxylin and eosin the analyis of muscle fibers
according to the diameter by the using of distribution
frequency with the step of 5 micrometers is performed.
