Sažetak
Trametes versicolor is white-rot fungi known as a producer of lignolytic enzymes: lignin- peroxidase, manganase-peroxidase and laccase. Potential applications of lignolytic systems can be divided into four classes: a) manufacture of cellulosic products, b) conversion of lignocelluloses into feed and food, c) conversion of by-product lignin to useful products, and d) treatment of lignin- derived wastes. The disadvantage of more often application of these enzymes for industrial purposes is their high cost. One of the ways to decrease the price of lignolytic enzymes is the use of wastes of lignocelluloses materials. This work presents an ecologically and economically efficient process for production of laccase with high activity from Trametes versicolor grown in submerged cultivation on the complex nutrient media. Laccase production was induced with waste from pulp and paper industry. The influence of concentrations of mycelial pellets of Trametes versicolor, waste, Tween 80, peptone and yeast extract on laccase production was analyzed and optimized. Process conditions were optimized using genetic algorithm.
