Sažetak
This work analyzes the role of the teaching practice program in the framework of the initial teachers’ education, planning and organizing professional - pedagogical practice in Croatia, especially the realization of practical training at the Teacher Training Department in Pula. The obtained results in a questionnaire made on students' attitudes show insufficient effectiveness of the implementation of teaching practice programs.
