Sažetak
Contemporary economy trends like globalization and various other economical forms appearing within the human society have great impact in the world tourism development. Tourism represents the most vigorous and adoptable economic force within the world economy, with its evolution often opening paths to the development of other economy segments. Simultaneously, tourism represents an important export produce for a number of countries, with large employment possibilities for local inhabitants. It represents a typical global phenomenon formed on a certain development level of the human society. Within tourist activities economy, ecology, social factors, religious relations, cultural ant various other factors from human surroundings and activity are merging. The contemporary tourism represents a part of social and economic factors of its age, and is marking out the space of time it is being developed in. The tourism has up to now been developed with use of the capital force and with the most developed scientific achievements, and somewhat less with use of psycho-physical and moral human characteristics. Along with technique and technology, special attention within the tourism development will be drawn to the creative and moral characteristics of the employees. The classical frame of a company with its hierarchy, fixed working hours, and means of production will disappear, and, along with the high level of informative and computer technique use individual work will be stimulated, together with a high level of knowledge and intellectual work capability. The whole of the future economy will be subordinated to the capable individual – the employee and his or her knowledge and capability.
