Sažetak
Many models and corresponding algorithms and methods are used to solve problems in telecommunication network are graph oriented. Hereby the outlines of a graph description model and its related data structure and software tool are presented. They are designed in order to improve the efficiency of algorithm and application development and to facilitate the data interchange among various sites, operating systems and graph based programs.
