Sažetak
Aim of research: This presentation intends to research the introduction of the concept of integrative bioethics into the teaching programmes and course subjects realized as the bioethics curriculum on medical, philosophy and theology schools in Croatia. For this purpose we: 1. analysed and compared the content aspects of bioethics course subjects lectured at these schools ; 2. considered goals of bioethics education and researched the existence and the defining of integrative bioethics as one of the goals of bioethics education ; 3. researched and analysed pedagogical and methodological strategies employed in the bioethics lectures for students, and 4. researched whether the integrative approach to bioethics contents is quoted as the component part of acquiring knowledge and competencies students should adopt and acquire so they may be able to orientate themselves in the profession for which they are receiving education. Methods: The pattern incorporated bioethics teaching programmes and course subjects realized at fourteen schools, of which four are medical, five philosophical and five theology schools. The method of content analysis was used to analyse the conceptualization of the contents of bioethics education ; the comparative method established similarities and differences in the conceptual approach to bioethics education, presented basic characteristics of the historical-chronological and problem approach to the development of a bioethics curriculum, and considered various forms of student activities in the bioethics teaching process. Obteined results: The research established a pluriperspectivity of bioethics contents in bioethics education in Croatia ; we found models of teaching programmes, that, within a relevant group of schools covered by the pattern, become identifiable by their integrative approach to bioethics education, and emphasized the pedagogical-methodological strategies that may aid the realisation of integrativity in bioethics education.
