Sažetak
Two main contributions of our paper can be identified as follows: (1) we add to the discussion of policy options for active ageing and increasing labour force participation of older workers (especially in the new EU member states where this problem is more acute and will remain so for a longer period of time) ; and (2) we identify employer preferences, practices and policies that can help the policy makers to enhance the demand for older workers.
