Sažetak
Methods for determination of rail vehicle motion resistance are quoted with special consideration of gravitational method of movement down an incline. After theoretical discussion, an example of application of gravitational motion method by scaled-down model of rail vehicle T 155  EMD SD 35 in HO standard 1:87 is shown in detail. Experimental imaging is accomplished with digital camera. Temporal measurements are obtained by snapshot reading. Rail vehicle constant resistance in relation to velocity is determined by gravitational method. Application of this method on scaled-down model is proved and it can be easily used on real models.
