Sažetak
U ovom radu, autori daju prikaz i analizu znanstvenog i političkog odgovora u Hrvatskoj na krizu nastalu zbog neratifikacije Ustavnog ugovora za Europu. Radom se odgovoara na pitanja koja je postavila glavna izvjestiteljica na 13. FIDE kongresu u radnoj skupini posvećenoj upravo ovom u tom trenutku najvažnijem ustavnom i političkom pitanju razvoja europske integracije.
