Sažetak
In the Region of Rijeka in the period 1981-1990, 67 epidemics of acute diarrhoeal syndrome closely connected with tourism was registered with 1.843 affected tourists. In the period from June to September were rwgistered 59 epidemics (88.1% of total number). The vehicle was determined in 53.7%, and etiology in 58.7% of those epidemics
