Sažetak
Usage of particle swarm optimization (PSO) for fuzzy control of reduction station is presented. Observed reduction station is presented with it specific configuration and usage. Conventional and Knowledge based fuzzy control design is compared with design helped with PSO. Selection of input and output variables was based on measurements availability. PSO was used for: input and output membership functions shape definition and rules database construction.
