Sažetak
On the basis of the stress state at spur gear tooth fillet determined by use of 3D Finite Element Method, the stress concentration (correction) factors have been calculated from the standpoint of the standards DIN 3990/ISO 6336. The parameters of the gear such as the tooth facewidth, the rim thickness, the number of the teeth and addendum modification factor, have been varied, and the differences among the stress concentration factors that occur when 2 and 3D numerical approach is compared with conventional one proposed by the standards, have been analysed. Existing deviations strongly depend upon the examined gear parameters and can be taken into consideration for further improvement of the standards.
