Sažetak
The paper discuss choices, accessibility, and adaptability of the education through more engagement of all stakeholders in education (from student, to business sector). Although education drives the social capital, the social capital is crucial for making education systems more adjust and efficient. Nurturing networks, cooperation, and active involvement gives more synergy and provide more and better educational options, more accessibility, more accountability and responsability. These features are also the main drivers of the social cohesion and social benefits. The social cohesion is however, a huge underutilized area that needs more attention from the policy level and from the practitioners level. The paper analyses the social capital as the hidden resource that could contribute to the overall efficiency of the education system.
