Sažetak
The book describes institutional settings in Croatia and Slovenia where the problem of population ageing has been increasing and labour supply shrinking. For both countries similar problems will induce similar policies for combating the negative impacts of labour force reduction. This introductory chapter provides short overview of all authors’ contributions and offers policy recommendations for labour supply challenges ahead.
