Sažetak
Paper insists on the basic incompatiility of large scale use of nuclear energy and of existence of nuclear arms. Only through international supply of nuclear fuel can the spread of national installations for enrichment of uranium and reprocessing of spent fuel be stopped and proliferation safe future envisaged.
