Sažetak
This paper analyses conditions of functioning of the logistic subsystem in system education of student pilots in the Republic of Croatia, its basic characteristics, influential factors, qualitative and quantitative analyses from the beginning, realisation and results, at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering (FPZ). According to approved model of education in Croatian Air Force, logistic subsystems, defined and organised by principles and standards of the logistic subsystems in the western pilot's schools, have an important role. Plans and programs of VI and VII degree of education of pilots are approved at University in Zagreb, and have in common councils of professional education and "Theoretical preparation and Practice of Flying" council. This is regulated by Law and necessary for obtaining professional pilot's licence. Full cycles of VI and VII degree of education of pilots finished and it is time for basic analyses of results and role of the logistic subsystem of air-technical assurance of final - practical par of study.
