Sažetak
In the contemporary conditions of man s life and work, a very important element of the stimulation of life activity i.e. physical effort is being last, which brings to hypokinesis and enlarges the functional and psychosomatic components. The disharmony between the life and the work conditions, natural human characteristics and biological neccessities, brings about the hypokinesis causing thus the disturbance of biological balance in the structure of degenerative process, states of sikness and the other aberrations. Generally accepted rule presented by which, physical activites can effect the functional structure of the psychosomatic space causing corrective - compensatory effect on the hypokinesis.
