Sažetak
Management of the process of development of the body fitness depends on a series of anthropologic properties of the body (functional, morphologic, motoric , cognitive, conative etc.). On the basis of the mentioned properties, it is possible to plan the process of development of the body fitness of seamen according to certain modalities. The suggested model can be adjusted to different fitness properties of the body (aerobic, anaerobic energetic properties of the body), to changes of these conditions within a definite time interval (progressively continually and progressively discontinually) with the aim to develop the body fitness. A logic mathematic model has been suggested which is based on the algorithm which takes into account orthogonality of the time and loading in development of the body fitness. To that purpose a programmed support has been developed on the computer applying the program language Simon´s Basic. The programme represents loading within definite time intervals applicable in trim cabinets in order to develop the body fitness of the crew. The applied model remarkably contributes to increasing the body fitness within a period of 20 days with one daily and continual treatments.
