Sažetak
Each movement of body, from simple to complicated one, depends on elementary motoric capacities. As it is known, mechanism of muscular reactions is subject to laws of muscular contractions and relaxations, which specially re - establishes exponential dependence of change of working muscular capability of strength, speed and amplitude during movement. Since muscular work is connected with line of biomechanical characteristics, it can be supposed that wrong (function) movement (time) got by ergometrical method can show considerable characteristics of elementar motoric capacities of isolated muscular groups. On basis of ergometrical method (instruments and measurement technique give on long millmeter strip necessary information) are obtained main physical dimensions (weight, lenght and time) and derived dimensions (force, strength, work and speed) of performed movement, representing elementar motoric capacities of isolated muscular groups of a specified movement. To work out soch method of various functions and characteristics of elementar motoric capacities of isolated muscular groups further reserach is necessary. Follows elaboration of diagnostic values of this method towards functional state of isolated muscular groups, relation withother anthropological fields, selection of sportsmen, training process control etc.
