Sažetak
On samples of 216 male examineers 15 years of age, applicated were kinesiologic operators with context of monostructural flexibility and cycliy and acyclic type, than basic operators of isotomic and isometric type and polystructural complex flexibility. Treating lasted four months, with three trainings a week. One training lasted 45 min. Intensity and volume of applicated operators in inicial state were 70% of maximal value of each individual, being progressivly discontinuitedly programed. Applicated work were that of circle shape through cells and group work. Battery of 24 motor tests were applicated to determine motor dimensions in initial and final state of examineers and than to be analysed. Analysed were structure factor of motor dimensions of inical and final examineers state (Little Jiffy, Kaiser and Rice 1974) and were established existance, transformation and congruence (Tucker method) of received structure under influence of applicated operators. In manifestive variables sphere effected were analyse of latent structure and motor dimensions in initial and final state of examineers. Basic factor structure in test sphere remainded indetical after application of operators confirming existance of basic functional mechanisms in structure factors. Quantitativechange of structure factors which are defined through certain dimensions of this characteristics and their relation, upon application of operator point to some important changes occurance in structures with exception of balance structure. Factor structure congruency received from matrix of ortogonalic projections of vector variables used on isolated factors in inicial and final state, point to quality changes of latent structure which are under influence of certain regulative mechanis. Effected differences in factor structure are based on quality structure forming and on latent dimensions structure unity. This refers to mechanism for intensity regulation and excitation endurance, mechanism for structuation of movements, and mechanism of functional sinergy and tonus regulation. Changes in regulation mechanism had influence on echievement of adequate results in manifestive reactions of explosive, repetative and static strenght, speed, coordination and flexibility, whereas there were not importantchanges in balance structure.
