Sažetak
The paper elaborates on the method of analysis of the cluster of relevant factors in choosing optimal construction and position of the berth. By the proposed method no attempt is made at defining general solution, but rather methodological finding that may be applied on concrete examples of berth selection. The selection of the berth is viewed as a complex system within influence factors, their interaction and influence of difficulty factor should be defined.
