Sažetak
We compared EN in two focuses intwo different countries: Croatia and Bosnia and Hercegovina according to clinical parameters at the begining of end-stage renal disease and at the start of dyalisis. The data show that the focuses are statistically different in clinical factor. In Croatia, the predialiysis period is longer and the mean age at the start of dialysis is older than in Bosnia and Hecegovina, while in Bosnia, urothelial cancer is more frequent than in Croatia (10, 4% vs 8, 3%, respectively).
