Sažetak
The procedure for air-flow determination in hydro generators by the integration method is described, and improvements in the method aimed at achieving improved accuracy are proposed. The accuracy of the method is discussed on the basis of experimental results on typical hydro generators. Based on long-term experience with measurements on hydro generators, another method for air-flow determination, known as the coolers characteristic method, is proposed. Its basic advantages are better working conditions and the possibility of providing automatic measurements. Some experimental results show that it could have a sufficient degree of accuracy.
