Sažetak
Consumers in tourism are very heterogeneous social group. For the purpose of implementing marketing plan in this situation, there is indispensability of identifying their behaviour in buyer decision process. Buyer behaviour in tourism is affected by many different factors, yet understanding it is essential task of marketing management. Undoubtedly, one of the most important factors is new technology development on the bidding side, which leads to new consumer behaviour modality. During development of new technologies on the bidding side, it is necessary to determine their affect on consumer behaviour in tourism This paper attempts to identify a level of usage of Internet as an information source and product-purchasing tool by students in eastern Croatia.
