Sažetak
This paper considers the possibility of using holographic neural networks for data compression. A series of experiments is presented, where various data files have been coded and reproduced by a holographic neuron. The objective of those experiments was to reduce the size of the neuron memory as much as possible, while still retaining the required reproduction accuracy. The obtained results indicate when holographic networks are suitable for data compression, and how successful they are.
