Sažetak
In last twenty years business literature has been fundamentally enriched by different studies that prove clearly the variety of value creation indicators. Traditional measurement has been largely criticized as being focused only on financial measures and functional level performance. The goal of every enterprise is the rational value creation and thus this paper offers some new tools for measuring the value creation with the accent on qualitative approach. A brief overview of the possible non- financial measures, methodologies, frameworks and models that could be employed as the secondary measures in the firms. The paper suggests several hypotheses for further research. The hypothesis would correlate the traditional-financial measurement and secondary- non-financial measurement in order to depict the nature of their relation.
