Sažetak
This short overview is about the web site of the Confederation of National Associations of Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés (HOTREC) and Similar Establishments in the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area. Main aim of the Hotrec is to maximise pan-European co-operation between the members and to protect interests of the European hotel, restaurant and café industry. The Hotrec advocates harmonization of regulations applied in hospitality industry in certain member countries of the EU and that is its main task. For all those involved either directly or indirectly with the hotel, restaurant and café sector their web site is interesting and useful with up to date information, dates and facts and figures relating to the sector.
