Sažetak
The issue of management of an air traffic control (ATC) entitys monopolistic activities can be reduced to setting a suitable pricing policy for the services which this perfumes and supplies to the users. Suitable pricing is even more important for those ATC entities which are, after the process of deetatization and commercialization, organized as financially autonomous companies outside the state budget. It is the financial autonomy that requires a new ATC entity management strategy to be supported by expert systems. The en-route revenue management control system centers upon supporting managerial decisions and thus results in an improvement in the ATC entitys business.
