Sažetak
The problem of the psychotherapeutic treatment of anorexia nervosa, which is discussed in this article, is based on the difference of two completely opposite concepts, one called by H. Bruch "basic" and other "new" concept. On the field of psychodynamics this two concepts are differentiated according to favorising the instinctive activity or the reciprocity in mother-child relation. The difference in the psychodynamic understanding of anorexia nervosa on the field of psychotherapeutic treatment is manifested in non-acceptance of interpretation by "new" concept, which is explained by the difficulties of patients in "assimilation and reworking of the new information". That is why the autor as the central problem points out the problem of "psychotherapeutic receptivity" which is actually the reflection of general receptivity in anorexia nervosa in the psychotherapeutic situation. Through the description of this case it's shown that in the basis of the problem of the "psychotherapeutic receptivity" there is the orally-destructive connotation of the receptivity relation, which is protected into psychotherapeutic situation represented as the transference phenomena. Is shows that difficulties of the anorectic patients, appearing as "unability of the assimilation and the reworking of the information", can be resolved by the confrontation and working through the problem of "psychotherapeutic receptivity" as the transference resistance, which is the basis of the interpretative approach in the psychotherapeutic treatment.
