Sažetak
Use of computers and mobile telephones significantly contributes to planning, more economic use of time and timely access to information, regardless of a spatial distance. In the educational system, computer is mostly used for educational, and less for communication purposes. A research project regarding readiness of students to transfer to a computer-cell phone information technology, the so-called e- information, instead of classic information boards and web pages, has been conducted at the University of Jurja Dobrile in Pula. The research has shown that students would be greatly interested in introduction of e-information through SMS, and that approximately 40% of the students would be willing to pay a certain amount for that service. Economic aspects have shown that students, teachers and the University would all profit from this approach.
