Sažetak
Hrvatska elektroprivreda d.d (HEP) in whose jurisdiction is providing services in electro energetic sector, in the last few years was very intrigued to the wide public because of the privatization which follows and the price increment which already appeared. Above mentioned price increment and the consumer discrimination are just some of the measures of HEP’ s business policy in “ race” for competition upon entrance in the EU.
