Sažetak
The main purpose of grapevine solarization technique is reflection of sunlight into the grapes, and therefore changes in light spectrum and temperature can be noticed. Effect of solarization on the anthocyanin content in Pinot noir wines, was investigated in 2004, 2005 and 2006 year. A HPLC procedure was used for the analysis of anthocyanins. Solarization technique caused higher anthocyanins content in all three investigated years. The strongest solarization effect was observed in 2004 year which can be seen through higher content of 3-O-glucosides of delphinidin, petunidin, peonidin and specially malvidin.
