Sažetak
This paper describes the concept of a Software Quality Metrics (SQM), developed for the organizations who wish to understand and resolve their software quality problems. The purpose of SQM is to support the quality function in software production organizations (SPO). It uses the software process quality metrics and software product quality metrics and describes how quality of software can be measured, estimated, and improved.
