Sažetak
We present our experience with eight patients treated at Clinical hospital Split from 1989-1995 because of tumor of the kidney. All patients were treated according to proposition of SIOP Commitie for Nephroblastoma. In familly pedigree data of these patients we have found information about hereditary diseases, spontaneous abortions and sillborns. In one patient we found fenotypycal charactristic of Denis_Drash syndrome without chromosomal changes in 11p13(WT1), and the other Beckwith-Wiedeman syndrome and del 11p153-152.
