Sažetak
Kinetics of crystal growth of zeolite A was measured during the crystallization of zeolite A at different temperatures (70 - 90o C) from the amorphous aluminosilicate precursor (1.03 Na_2O Al_2O_3 2.38 SiO_2 1.66 H_2O) dispersed in 1.2 M (system I) and 2 M (system II) NaOH solution. Analysis of experimental results showed that the activation energy did not depend on the alkalinity of the system, but that the increase of the crystal growth rate of zeolite A with increasing temperature was effected to a great extent (ca. 70 %) by kinetic (energetic) than by chemical (concentration of Al and Si in the liquid phase of the system) factors (ca. 30 %).
