Sažetak
This paper has tried to set out ample financing problems of business operations and development of tourist corporations under condition of developmed money and capital market. Particular emphasis has been put on formation of financing sources so through conventional form of granting credit respectively through application of numerous financing instruments - the securities of a tourist corporation. Just those current financing investments make possible full flexibility when designing optimum financing sources of business operation of tourist corporations. In addition, this work tries to initiate further theoretical proceedings and works to be more familiar with the very nature of financing under conditions of developed money and capital market and to look more closely into forms of the tourist firms financing in scientific and professional sense. If this work, together with the stated intentions, has succeeded to eliminate some delusions that may appear by developing of the capital market, share-holding property and automatism of providing of the capital requested for financing of business operations and expansions of tourist corporations, then it is on satisfaction of all those ones who contributed to make this next generally available to all concerned readers.
