Sažetak
The second part of the Report on the Development of Dynamic WWW Pages based on Integration of GIS and Relational Database for Transnational Monitoring Network (TNMN) in the Danube River Basin using Autodesk MapGuide Server and Author are presented. New experiments were performed with more complex presentations. Reports and Thematic Maps with information on water quality are created in real-time on the request of the user. There are more than 60 determinands stored in the relational database for more than 90 monitoring locations (including locations in profiles). Depending on the choice of monitoring points and time period, the corresponding menu shows only determinands which are available. In addition, determinand names and corresponding units are displayed automatically in reports, graphs and thematic maps produced. Hardcopy Yearbooks usually include the maps of only a few of the most important thematic maps. The main advantage of this application is the ability to offer any information available in the database depending on user selection.
