Sažetak
Problems of the concept of a construction site layout come from the specifics of construction production: no repetitions, various solutions, external works, oscillations of intensity, conditions of construction subsystems etc. During the adjustment of tools necessary on the construction site, with a goal of achieving higher productivity and humanization of work, poorly structured situations with more goals and unclear dependencies of certain variables, occur. For such problems it is convenient to apply the system method, which does not replace other methods, but completes them, with a goal of achieving possibilities of predicting system behavior and giving suggestions for improving the behavior of such a system. Today it is possible to apply computers and speed up and encompass the procedure part of the construction site layout, in a way some variables of the concept will be noticed faster and valued quantitatively. Problems of the concept of construction site layout are total, complex, connected, interactive, poorly structured and systematically untamed, and we approach them systematically through the process of knowledge and decision making, with plan and with improvisation.
