Sažetak
Importance of written and cultural heritage and its preservation should be of high importance to the information experts. Although preservation of cultural heritage is often spoken of, it seems that oftentimes these problems stay neglected from information institutions and other involved organisations. The topic of written heritage preservation has motivated us to explore available literature in electronic format written in the last ten years and available through Center for online databases. The aim of this work was to find out, according to relevant databases, how this issue was developed and explored in the period of ten years and to investigate approaches and developed concepts in the field of preservation. The results were sorted into groups according to material, category of preservation, strategy of preservation etc. This research was mainly based on exploring social databases relevant to our profession.
