Sažetak
The subject of this original scientific paper was to explain the development of an information model for the establishment of correlation of specific processes in strategic management, and the approximation and research of experience gained during business analysis and design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) - graphic modeling language. The main parts of this original scientific research were: exploration and presentation of UML benefits as a specific tool for approaching business process efficiency, modeling business processes with UML as new experiences, analyzing and designing the system as a more sensible and recurring development process in strategic environmental management, and sample research and computerization of the universal registry system. The contribution of this analysis is also in the domain of information design of business processes with UML modeling, which was developed in application for two specific Croatian educational institutions.
