Sažetak
The healing process can ba viewed as a partnership of health professionals and health care users. Medical record considers recording of pertinent information concerning patient's illness. Health record, an immediate superior to medical record consists data that could affect the patient's health status or simply describe it. Personal health record includes health information managed by patient or other non-professional. Linking all the three type of such e-records can empower the partnership between patients and caregivers.
